I made a challenge account, got Clara, Firefly at 20 pulls, Bronya at 10 or so pulls on RM banner, Bronya's SIG LC on standard at 20 pulls, and I have guaranteed 5 star even though I haven't touched any events or Penacony yet. No matter if I fail the challenge, it's now my second acc.

basically ruan mei increases ur weakness break efficiency meaning u deal more toughness dmg on ur enemies, she also increases the spd of ur units with her skill (iirc) and her ultimate just straight up gives u more dmg and when ur enemies are weakness broken and u use ruan mei's ult, she will delay the weakness broken enemy by another one turn. she is just a sp positive support that buffs ur weakness break dmg and ur overall dmg in general. build her with break effect and spd and ur good to go
