More specifically, the name came from a chinese saying "flower in the mirror,moon on the water.(reflection)" It means "the unreal things,things that only can be your daydream." In this song,I think it(flower water moon ) symbolizes love that won't have a good end.

flower water moon would be hua shui yue, not hua sui yue hua sui yue is probably 花岁月 if it's indeed flower water moon, then somebody at rayark fucked up the hanyu pinyin source: native chinese speaker

actually they did,since official Chinese name of this song really is just 花水月. since Rayark is a Taiwan company and the composer V.K. is Taiwanese. People in Taiwan don't really use hanyu pinyin. So it's reasonable that they made mistake.
