I know exactly that type of flue when throat affected voice not come out nose blocked breathing difficult especially when you sleep Apart from antibiotic injections boil hot water with ginger,garlic red onion turmeric lime with the peels.and add raw honey good for throat For the nose boiled water add just a pitch of menthol to dissolve in the hot water sit on a sofa. then place that water on a stool Abit higher on a stool put down your towel covered head to get all steam with menthol in your nose as you breath in and out.by nose and alternate by mouth Abit. Towel is to ensure steam not escape while water still hot. Be careful hot water not pour.on.you😮
