It's 2pm and this week's yoga is filled with quiet voices and whispers, etheric echoed whistles and shu's, crispy cracks, krunky clunks, and crunchy crunches.
All in the name of patient pain relief, and viewer tantalizing sensations. It's all for you my friends.
I remember at the beginning of this channel...
I didn't show my face.
I edited out every word I spoke.
I was solely and intentionally making ASMR crack compilations.
My goodness it's been a long journey
And NOOOO we're not going anywhere.
There's still lots of great content in the pipeline.
I'm experimenting... like the prone spinal palpation, that you saw today.
HOWEVER... I have gotten so effective at making these videos... that I actually have extra time on my hands (lol... no I don't really)
And if you've wondered where the all ranting and raving has gone...
Instead of typing it... I've been speaking it... into a microphone.
And that content is coming soon.
Chiropractic Medicine 2.0
(no not the 2nd channel)
I'm going to leave a link here in the road less taken...
BUT
This is a landing page someone made for me
This is what their take after listening to me rant for 10 minutes
The language is not quite my style... But I think many of you will get the gist when we do the free webinar.
www.askdrbrent.co/drbrent123
Until next time...
Here's a refill for your prescription
THANK YOU, eternally, and abundantly...
This is all for you.
Thanks For Watching "Deep Beautiful Clunks & Crunches *ASMR Cracks & Relax + Full Body +1st Time Chiro for Back Pain."

The prone exam is great! Honestly how I check for knots and spasms on my wife as it's typically in bed at night. Not sure if it's better or worse in terms of quality of analysis, but I have experienced I find real trouble areas easier when prone as opposed to seated/standing just because the back muscles can be tense in a seated/standing position due to posture, etc. Tightened muscles while seated aren't always problem areas, just means they are engaged a lot of the time. Prone takes all of that away and we get all the residual tension.

bummer still no pulse reading. at least we got an explanation for the rubs and taps. but i thought it was to actually tenderize and prime the joints.
@chiropracticmedicine47
@chiropracticmedicine47 Жыл бұрын
Check the pinned comment And the rubbing and chopping are indeed a “tenderizer” as it stimulates blood flow. But they are muscle focused. The instrument and palpation prime the joints. Thanks for highlighting one of the many levels of possibility in this hands on medicine.

23:00 come for the cracks, stay for the sub-occipital release. And then enough play in the neck muscles for a nice pair of cavitations at 26:50 and at 27:20. Between all this neck-focused work and the TMJ, it seems like the patient may be more pliable and ready to resume activities involving neck and jaw.

OK,...so I get the chiropractic part of this and the science and biology behind it. What I do NOT understand is the "psychology" part of these videos. Why are are these procedures so hypnotizing to watch? I understand the person on the table being relaxed because they are the ones being worked on. Why do "we" find this so fascinating or relaxing to watch? There is a strange psychology or mystery attraction behind this. It's just hypnotizing!...and I cant understand the reason why.

Hey doc i'd really love to get your thoughts on this a lady walked into my girlfriends urgent care and said she was having pain where her collarbone meets her chest she could barely turn her neck and they found out it was a bone infection (she also said she had JUST recently got a new adjustment done by her long time chiropractor) she described it as what we all know as a ring dinger with the towel and everything so i'm guessing her collarbone popped out of place allowing for bacteria or something to start infecting that spot of the bone.. I'm not saying right or wrong or anything like that i'm actually a firm believer in the ring dinger but i really would like to hear real thoughts from someone i respect in this field.
