I loveee your home decor! It’s soo homey but so simple at the same time. It’s not one of those all White everything houses with the most plain stuff 😂 I also love your antique stuff as well. I love videos like these. I love the deep cleaning, organizing and decluttering! Your cleaning videos are all very motivating! I use that same dawn and it works very well. I also use the spray bottle of Bar Keepers Friend. It works good on tubs, showers and shower doors. It gets all the soap scum off and works even better with a Mr. Clean Eraser. SOS pads are also great to clean the shower and sink with ! I have been using less harsh chemicals to clean with and SOS pads , dawn , pine sol & simple green are my go to ! Thanks for sharing!

Also just a little fyi with tide pods had a lady come in today at the shop I work at her tide pod didn’t disolve all the way and she didn’t notice when she had put her shirt on she ended up with chemical burns on her chest they looked like 3rd degree burns!! As painful and horrid it looked I’m just letting people know who use them just to be careful

Do you collect old bottles? I do! And have so many cool ones I have found out in the mountains, such as two moonshine jugs I found in the smoky mountains and lots of old medicine bottles that are super pretty royal blue color! Seems like everytime we go explore the woods, I find a cool bottle, so I have a China cabinet full :)

I’d love a link to the Walmart washcloths if you have a link. I hope I didn’t miss it, don’t want to cause extra work for anyone ! I notice that microfiber leaves tiny particles on mirrors etc. plus, they seem to get caught on any dry skin. Also, one way I enjoy watching these videos is to do things at the same time. This means I only get bits of the video which means I can repeat this process a few times. I like to then sit and watch to get good ideas and more motivation/inspiration. 😊

Do you use tap cold or machine cold when you use oxiclean? I used the tap cold the other day and it barely dissolved! I had to put it on warm and rewash the whole load bc it had granules throughout :( Maybe I have the wrong oxiclean LOL ugh I just wanted whiter whites ya know?

Girl you need a steamer with a nozzle to clean sliding doors, your shower door grooves, around the toilets , on your tile floors, your interior and exterior doors where dust collects and use on baseboards too. A scrubber on the drill to clean tubs. Oh, one solution the boys can sit down to pee!! It keeps the toilet cleaner. My boys did and still do!!! Their wife’s appreciate it too!!! If you put red die in toilet and let the boys pee. You will see how bad the water splashes everywhere on the toilet on the floor and walls. The boys will see it too!!! I put light t shirts on my doggies. It keeps the hair contained and the dog hair does not get all over the house. Hope these tips help!!! I am 57 and work out every day and did own a gym. Now l have two grandkiddos. These tips helped me quickly clean my house. Yes, l m ocd about cleaning my house. I got it honest from my Mom. Bless her wonderful sweet heart, she is in Heaven now probably still trying to clean the Golden streets and mansions.

Still at the very beginning, wondering if when you left YT if the pressure to maintain everything super super well was part of taking a break? Definitely not saying you're lazy, but not being under the microscope (literally) must've been such a relief and made it easier to put off tasks esp when you weren't like looking for something to clean in order to make content. I've always been surprised by the things you had consistently kept clean, like the door tracks, the shower drain thing, the curtains, and so on... Those are things I honestly rarely ever do or only do when I find it annoying, like a door is sticking, or the shower is not draining as quickly, etc. It's kinda out of sight out of mind a lot of times for me, which is why i find cleaning videos so motivational since it reminds me to clean the tracks of the windows and that extra stuff!
