I have scalp psoriasis if you take peppermint oil miss it in with some olive oil or avocado oil. And massage your scalp 45 minutes it'll stimulate your hair follicles and it works very well for dandruff. I use it on my own hair and I have locks it works very well for my itchy scalp.

Massage your scalp for 5 to 10 minutes to stimulate your hair follicles. The peppermint oil will help with your dandruff. And also use a really good clarifying shampoo to get your scalp clean and healthy

Hie Lucy. I love your attention to detail. You cleaned your living space meticulously as always and it feels so satisfying. Your carpet is beautiful because I honestly feel it blends well with your colours anyway I just have a weakness for anything that has blue😂😂. As for baking you are doing good but I feel when it comes to baking those fluffy cakes that are moist and all they need you to follow the recipe and do precise measurements but just baking for the fun of it you are rocking it mummy. The chicken yummy, the cupcakes too. You will perfect your skills with time. The dandruff Weh. Personally had to use Keto plus medicated shampoo, and they are all gone. You can visit a dermatologist to be sure, I tried everything out here but at last I ended up in the hospital. It might be something in your blood internal system. Love your living space
