A walk-though of all the functions and sound demo of The Cirrus Spatial Temporal Modifier. This pedal sounds like nothing I have played before. Totally immersive sounds that made me forget I was playing guitar and transported me to another dimension (musically). KMA audio machines have built a pedal that looks a bit like a brain twister but is worth the small learning curve for a big payoff. This is an ambient guitar player's dream pedal.

Wow this is one of the best demos of this pedal because every knob gets properly explained! Others just dive into these delayed filter/reverb wash soundscapes without showing what the pedal really does.

This is Cirrusly the most informative video when it comes to exploring the functionality of this pedal. Don't get me wrong: The Pedal Zone, collector//emitter and Do Noise did great, but you really cracked this thing open. And the insight on its functionality making it worthy of being a centerpiece to an ambient rig...yeah. And why so Cirrus? Well, been thinking about this one for a while so thanks for the help!

. WHY SO CIRRUS? Andy, I don't get the FX Loop facility.... why not simply put your drive pedal before the CIRRUS input? .

Because FX Loop puts your signal BETWEEN Delay and Reverb and not in front of it.

I'm going to return my fable pedal. Might be getting this one instead because the fable is way 2 experimental and just tough to actually use in normal playing. But I just don't know that this is justified as a rock and roll pedal

Would you go for Cirrus or the Oceans 11 Reverb - I’m looking for a reverb that’s not the typical, standard kind.Looking at demos online they are both capable of the ambient, shoegaze and creating textures. As they are around the same price I can’t decide.

Both are fantastic pedals. The cirrus is more atmospheric and the oceans 11 is more flexible but less specialised in ambient sounds. Sounds like you need the cirrus

I have a Wampler Ethereal, my first higher end pedal buy. This Cirrus has features I wish the Ethereal had. I think the only features on it that I wouldn't use are the modulation options. I'm not big into modulation beyond occasional tremolo, but who knows? Maybe this pedal could be the one to inspire me to explore new depths. Or inspire my wife to hire a divorce attorney for buying even more gear.

I wasn't either before I came to know Robin Guthrie of the Cocteau Twins. Search Robin Guthrie and Harold Budd. Also his tera and carousel albums are amazing. He pretty much used chorus at all times, flanger and vibratos, delays verbs and in a very odd order too. His sound is very dream shoegaze ambient. Love this guy

@@jasonhudson73 Walrus have nice Graphics, but they muddy and darken your guitar. Strymon sounds way to digital, but I don't know Neunaber, so I will check them out. I recently bought a Boss DM-2w and it's awesome, I would like the same built/sound-quality with more options. Plus I live in Berlin, so supporting local business is a thing if the product works out for me.

Why so cirrus son?! So I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand it's very unique and also beautiful, it's basically putting an art piece on your pedalboard. But the basic functions, so delay and reverb - I don't think it's good in any of these departments. I might be wrong but I think that comparing it to the Caverns reverb/delay, it's not as good sounding. At least from what I get on yt...

Interesting, but Way Too Busy. With All the Variables, I Believe that Only the Delay and the Reverb are Worth Anything. To Me, it's Overkill and Not That Practical.(Remember, it's Only My Opinion) It's Pretty to Look At However 😊👍
