iv been trying to find info on where the voice/vocoder blend parameter is. I could be wrong but when i first bought it years ago i could have sworn i was able to chose how much of my voice came through for even more legibility in the voice.

excellent video! Helped me navigate this as a new user.. Question: The AT pro 70 is a condenser mic. Did it not require phantom power which, if I'm not wrong, my Jupiter X doesn't have? Or does the pro 70 have it's own electrics? Thanks Luc!

The AT-70 has a pack were it goes from XLR to the small lab mic cable. In that pack we can put a battery so it works with any device.

Great video! Can you please provide me advise on the following: How do I setup the arpeggios on a Jupiter-X, so that they play independent from each other other multiple keyboard splits? I tried to setup keyboard ranges for each parts, but no matter what I do the arp's do not play independent. Play an arp on one split and it affects the arps on other split. It looks like the arps cannot be separated and are triggered by the entire keyboard, despite the key ranges. Thank you in advance.

It is a very cool expansion. I use it with the tr8s and some raw eurorack vco’s. I did buy the Behringer SL 85S microphone for fun and I had quite some nice results.

Got them from Roland Canada.

Apparently there is no way to stream external audio or load user samples into Roland Cloud yet in March 2023. So if you want to do that to have your own carrier wave you still need a hardwear VP-550, VP-770 or V-Synth.

This Vocal Designer goes back to the Vocal Designer of the Roland V-Synth GT. That isn't quite as powerful in terms of options (and probably sound quality) but it's user interface is so much better.

Sadly, no. For now it is available on the Jupiter x and Xm as well as the Juno-x. No announcement about if another hardware device will be supporting it.

I think it was 80$. I’m not sure. The price disappear in Roland cloud manager after you bought it . Now it’s only shown “Owned” instead of the price. If you log in a free Roland cloud account, you will see the actual price in your country’s currency.

the disappointment with it is that you have to hold the keys down all the time so I wont be throwing my VT4 away yet unless I'm missing something here.
