Marcel Savage I honestly can’t explain it. My brother had the same kind of insomnia too. I’ve seen doctors, done sleep studies....there isn’t an actual “reason” we can find. My longest insomnia cycle was when I was awake for 6 days and I about lost my mind. But now the range fluctuates between 3-4 days of being up and then I use the weekends to just crash. Sometimes I’ll either stay awake for days, or, I’ll fall asleep easily but wake up an hour later and keep falling asleep every 2 hours or so. But.......this channel has helped immensely. I’m able to stay asleep for 3-4 hours at a time now. Something about HER voice just knocks me right out.

They are the absolute BEST to fall asleep to, especially right now since I am struggling with a bit of 'quarantine insomnia' if that's a thing?? ALSO, this made me think of a video suggestion if you're up for it! My all-time favorite video was the Prom measuring video you did where you did a lot of breathing and whispering ear to ear. Maybe you could do something similar to this but instead maybe wedding dress alterations or even bridesmaid dress alternations?! Idk...but the measuring and breathing up close was GOLD.
