@brandonraynor5 жыл бұрын
Yes they do, especially people with lots of toxins like smokers, drug takers, junk food eaters, heavy meat eaters etc. They may get headaches, nausea etc as the toxins are dislodged and moved in the body. We recommend people drink a lot of water afterwards to help dilute the toxins.

@DaleSteel4 жыл бұрын
What is he doing with the toes ? Stabbing them?
@brandonraynor4 жыл бұрын
What I’m doing with the toes is actually using a chopstick to access what I call the roots of tension so, in Raynor massage, we look at how tension runs in bands and those roots of those bands are actually in the toes or the fingers so what I’m doing is using a chopstick to access the very end of the bands and loosen them up so a little bit similar to early acupuncture which used to be done with rocks. With this is not just about the chi or the energy that you can feel it’s also about the roots of muscular tension so that’s what I’m doing getting rid of the roots of muscular tension. If you would like to learn more about it we have an online course can be found at www.raynoronlinecollege.com

We actually always make the massage suit the person so some people would require deeper massage and some people require a lighter massage and we always work within a person’s pain threshold so we never push them beyond where they’re gonna tighten up against us as that will cause bruising and soreness. Actually we would make the massage suit you and it’s a partnership model medicine
