Turn down your volume for this one. Josh lets go of more anger as i try and correct his bunions and tight toes.
Foot reflexology is a type of therapy that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet. These points are believed to correspond to different organs and systems in the body. Here are some potential benefits of foot reflexology for emotional release:
Stress Reduction: Reflexology can help reduce stress by promoting relaxation. This can lead to a decrease in anxiety and an overall sense of calm.
Improved Mood: The relaxation and stress relief provided by reflexology can contribute to an improved mood. Some people report feeling happier and more balanced after a session.
Emotional Balance: Reflexology is thought to help balance the body's energy. This balance can help to release emotional blockages and promote emotional stability.
Relief from Depression and Anxiety: While not a substitute for medical treatment, reflexology can be a complementary therapy to help manage symptoms of depression and anxiety.
Enhanced Sleep: By reducing stress and promoting relaxation, reflexology can help improve sleep quality. Better sleep can have a significant impact on emotional well-being.
Release of Tension: Physical tension often correlates with emotional tension. By alleviating physical tension in the feet, reflexology can help release emotional tension as well.
Holistic Healing: Reflexology takes a holistic approach to health, addressing both physical and emotional aspects. This can lead to a more comprehensive sense of well-being.
Self-Care and Mindfulness: The process of receiving reflexology encourages individuals to take time for self-care and mindfulness, which are important for emotional health.
Pain Relief: Chronic pain can affect emotional health. By helping to relieve pain, reflexology can indirectly improve emotional well-being.
Increased Circulation: Improved circulation from reflexology can enhance overall health, which in turn can have positive effects on emotional health.
While reflexology can be beneficial, it is important to seek treatment from a qualified practitioner and to use it as a complementary therapy alongside other treatments as needed.

Some ghost experts/ paranormal experts believe that highly charged emotional/traumatic moments in time can be so powerful that it may “stain” or “imprint” itself in the fabric of space time, doomed to echo or repeat in the wake of eternity ….. this man’s screams/cries may very well, be echoing in these fore said, interdenominational reverberations or “hauntings”

At the 2:10 mark, as the man screens in pain, a random burp happens, really just a typical day at the office for him. Nothing to see here 😂

Then watch the catalogue of hundreds of videos that don’t have the screaming. This is the worst screamer I’ve heard on the channel in quite some time. Him and one other lady, but besides that, 90% of the other people are bearable.

Hi Brandon I have a serious question. Why is is that some people who get reflexology massages do not make a peep during the massage yet some people like this guy here scream like crazy it just seems fake because other people seem relaxed and do not react at all haha. Why is that?
@brandonraynor
@brandonraynor 3 ай бұрын
Hi Anton I encourage people to release emotions that are causing tension. So for some people receiving the massage them releasing their emotions by screaming will help them release the tension. For some people their tension is not caused by repressed emotions but by physical tension. This will generally not cause emotions to release therefore they won’t scream, cry or laugh. For myself I never scream from pain because when I get massaged because of it was that painful I would just ask the therapist to ease off on their pressure. But I do scream when I have repressed anger. Many time I know where this anger had come from when it come up but sometimes I may not be aware of why that anger is there. If you are interested in releasing emotions by screaming you can research primal screaming. Here is something similar.www.betterhelp.com/advice/therapy/what-is-primal-therapy/#

I don't know why I keep coming back to these videos. All the screaming and stuff just always seems so unnecessary yet I keep coming back. I guess I keep wanting to give him a chance like he's a legit massage therapist and some of his stuff looks interesting but it's the screaming that always messes it up
@mace400

You know, there’s a multiple hundreds of videos on his channel. Not all of the screaming. If you just take the tiniest bit of time to look into that, then you would find them. This is the worst screaming I’ve heard on his channel in a long time. You get your patient or 2 that scream, but most are very bearable if even any screaming.
