This is Blue star 500 ltr chest freezer. Capillary just feeded through the pipe and comes out Then connect to the evaporator inlet. first thing you ensured the leak by vaccum holding . So you come to conclusion that is machine is oil choking. So you have to start from flushing. Due to not available of nitrogen with you, you used self flushing by compressor. It is wrong thing. Instead of that you can do flushing by refrigerant which you have, also you can remove capillary from evaporator inlet, then you can flush through the evaporator inlet line. After flushing of Evaporator coil, you can replace capillary ( capillary can replace 500 ltr deep freezer model only in bluestar) in this model also drier. You failed to change Both capillary & drier. So system definitely will go to failure by choking again(we came to know that already one technician gas charged before 6 month by your word).
