A friend from Scotland (inventors of the fried chocolate bar - they fry everything that can be sold as a snack and sell everything as a snack that can be fried - fried butter 🤢, fried ice cream 😋) told me the trick to avoid a chocolate flake mess even if the batter is not perfect, is freezing the cocolate bar before coating.

I would reccomed throwing it into some flour or pancake mix after bartering it to help keep it all together. I had the same issue with leaks, great video either way 👍

Just an advise. Put your chocolate bars in freezer so that when you fry it, it doesn't leak before it is fully fried.

Freeze chocolate before making is a must been having these since I was a kid 10/10 ❤
