Yoo…Salute to my Dad! He helped me and my Wife with hosting our first Thanksgiving and blessed us with that same indoor fryer for Christmas. Our Turkey came out delicious! Almost all gone so I know it was good. I love it so far but I ain’t feeling how the heating rod goes directly in the grease - it’s a lot to clean and kinda scares me having grease in direct contact with a heat source lol But you can also use it for seafood boils which seems a lot safer and cleaner.
