Thank you so much for this meditation. I was at the end of my rope last night and this morning I woke up, completely, overwhelmed, and actually quite suicidal. This meditation pulled me out of it. I can’t tell you how important what you do is without telling you the above. It is not something I readily admit. My son was in a terrible accident and had to have his leg amputated. he just got out of the hospital. I almost lost him. I’ve had his four children with me and two of them are teenagers. They are not dealing with this very well. I have become their object of abuse after this meditation, I took control of the situation and I appreciate it beyond measure because things could not continue the way they were. During this medn a fork containing boiled spinach with a white dollop behind it was presented and I felt an uncontrolled physical sensation of my mouth/lips moving to receive it. I was in a huge crystal temple with rainbow colors and the middle there was water where I connected with Mother Mary and Lady Nada( Mary Magdalen) then I fall asleep and was awaken before the end of the meditation. This is such a perfect energetic healing in a beautiful temple. For me I saw a dodecahedron temple with reclining chairs. Colored gem stones / crystals transmitted wonderful healing light as I ran light through my body. I placed my hands on my chakras and did self healing Reiki and EFT. So very healing.
