No entiendo a la gente insultado y criticando a los dvs. Esto es un ejercicio de mezcla con vinilo, me parece bonito de ver, y además el sonido de la mesa es evidentemente bueno. La gente que critica a los dvs porque no son vinilos de la tienda pues que les den por **** directamente, no entienden lo que están viendo (se explica perfectamente en la descripción) y se ponen a hatear porque es fácil desde su ordenador, pero no aportan nada. Si quieren ver más mezcla dvs pues miren a Questlove pinchando desde su casa todos los días. Y díganle que su setup es un "raton para el ordenador" muy caro tambíen... Lo que hay que leer por ahí.

Totalmente de acuerdo. Y añadiría que los que dicen que utilizar una mesa de mezclas analógica con buen sonido mezclando DVS es desaprovecharla sólo demuestran su desconocimiento: muchísimos productores hacen la mezcla final de sus temas con mixers o sumadores, a partir de las pistas o grupos de pistas de su DAW, que sería lo mismo. A mí me encanta el feeling de mezclar con vinilos y casi cada mes compro unos cuantos, pero cuesta muchos billets. Además hay temas que no salen en este formato. Gracias por tu comentario. yo uso DVS con audio 8 native instruments y realmente siempre tiene que tener su tecnica afinada como si fuera un vynil tal cual , son cosas minimas que las diferencia, aparte que no importa si tenes el ordenador si no sabes mezclar con tornamesa analoga estas frito , tambien solo el hecho de buscar todos esos apartos y aparte tomarse el tiempo para grabar y subir a youtube lleva bastante trabajo. saludos desde nicaragua!! gran set sigue con el trabajo

except he's not using vinyl. he's actually being very stupid. he has one of the best analog mixers and he's using dvs with it. the latter defeats the purpose of the former where sound quality is concerned. it's literally the most ridiculous set up for sound quality and vinyl. selection is sublime though.

Hello, Rod Stewart! I don't know if this really counts as a real vinyl set or not... It's very close but not the same. Clearly I prefer to mix with real records (here you have a previous session like that: kzbin.info/www/bejne/e3jWcoxsotGmlaM ). I collect and i love it, but is very expensive to have all the music you like on vinyl, (a record costs about 10 songs in mp3) and this is a hobby... In any case, soon I will upload another session with real vinyl that I am going to receive. Thanks for your comment (sorry for my english, trying to improve it :)

Your English is great. So is your set. I also spin as a hobby so I know what you mean when it comes to buying records. I haven't bought any in years except for the odd one here and there so I play a lot of 90's house music. I still have my 1200's set up on a fuzzy zebra bar in my basement and also use my I pad DJ app with the numark controller. It's a lot of fun. I added your set to my play list. I haven't tried using the set up you have but I would like to get that next. It's still nicer to see vinyl spinning on the decks even when it's connected to a lap top. Take care brother.

Yes, recorded with Traktor in the A1, and some compression with the Ableton Live Compressor. I want to buy a Zoom h5 :) Thanks for the comment! ;)

hace 2 días adquirí Traktor pro, los vinilos time code y tengo un A&H Xone 23C. con una configuración sencilla conectas el mixer al computador configuras el DVS y listo! ahora, los efectos , al parecer se pierden, pero debo seguir investigando , la funcionalidad completa del mixer se mantiene.

One question: Is the system this guy uses to fine-tune the next track normal on vinyl turntables? I ask why it is common to turn the platter from the edge until the track goes at the same rate as the previous one. Good mix, vibes

There are several techniques for the same. Turn or break the platter from the edge, the same on the central splindle, drive the pitch control to accelerate or decelerate the record (generally i feel this is the more accurate)... I use all this, depending on the condition of the vinyl or the way i feel is better. Thanks!
