I started watching asmr after a cancer diagnosis 5 and a half years ago. It contributed massively to helping me reduce my anxiety and constant fear of it. I began listening to heather feather and then floated around other asmr channels then found you. This is so calming it helps me sleep alot, I always come back to this video when I have trouble sleeping I have so many reason why this is so relaxing. (1) it sounds like pop rocks are popping in your mouth and give me tingles from my neck down to my back. (2) it also sounds like the wood from fire is popping and it just sounds amazing🙌 (3) this video has me Asleep in less then 10 minutes in the video. When you were talking about that nursery rhyme with the hand movements it reminded me of the one my dad used to do when I was little. He would do the hand movements on my back and that was probably one of my first experiences of ASMR! I do it with my 2 young kids now too, so, it went like this: Dot dot, line line, spiders crawling up your spine, warm breeze, tight squeeze, now you’ve got the shivers!
