Noor is an absolute gem when it comes to translation and guiding. He is passionate about his work and it shows. He takes pride in his job and goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are happy. However, his acquaintance in black is a completely different story. He is disrespectful of nature, the land, and the people, and has a superiority complex. For example, when you bought ice cream in a village near Herat, he threw the wrapper on the ground without a second thought. He also showed no respect to an old man when you were getting your shoes shined. It is a shame that there are not more people like Noor and fewer like his acquaintance. Afghanistan would be a much better place if everyone was as kind, respectful, and helpful as Noor.
