This is called resilience... a strong capability tu surpass challenges in life no matter how... the sorroundings and landscapes helps a lot to these people, including a great weather and natural kindness. This is way different from americans, europeans and some asians that can barely have a happy life living in high developed countries...

Yes, I love this, really well put. Though, the weather in Sonsón is usually reaaalllyy cold. The weather is currently doing something strange there.

@@comfortisforwimps weather is called "oceanic-mediterranean mountain temperate" and it´s very common in Colombia in high altitudes (over 8000 feet above sea level), so you may have a shiny sun, blue sky and suddenly cold due to clouds, so the higher you go, the colder it gets, despite rainy or dry seasons...

My town's a bit old-fashioned, but we're not stuck in the Stone Age. The younger generation, growing up with tech, isn't as behind the times as the older folks. They play modern games like Minecraft and Fortnite, know a bit about crypto, and are more into geopolitics thanks to social media. Basically, the older generation, who mostly know farm life and didn't have these opportunities, think way differently compared to the new generation
