Hi. Thanks for the video. I am a Pathologist with a keen interest in AI. I have also trained a few models on my own using tensorflow and yolo. But I am unable to figure out how to use them on a whole slide image file (e.g. svs file)? can you please help me with that? Thank you.

hello and thanks for the question. Here is a python library that will be helpful to read svs files pypi.org/project/py-wsi/. you may need to convert svs to png and then apply the methods in the video. Hope this helps. Thanks and Stay Tuned!

Hi , once img converted to format ,you can use inner and outer loops for height and width and send those patches to model for prediction.
