This is an excellent with Ian keeping everything in check, whereas on other tracks he is “pushing” the track along. Lovely sentiment in the song and as others have said a wonderful SM solo.

I love this track. It really grows on me. One of the best rock tunes ever written. Im not a big Deep Purple fan but this is beautiful. They get far better with maturity. The whole Bananas album is BANANAS ITS SO GOOD. ❤🎉😂

One of the best songs EVER made my Purple. I dislike Morse's guitar sound and style but Banans is still one of my favorite albums. Highly underestimated and underappreciated!

How can anyone dislike Steve Morse's guitar sound hes every bit as good as Ritchie Blackmore just different. Some of their best work I believe was done in the Steve Morse era. I'm 62 years old so I go way back with Deep Purple.

Steve Morse is just a different type of player, Purple said themselves they didn’t want another Ritchie. He’s an awesome guitar player but I understand that he may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I guess it’s all down to opinions at the end of the day
