As an insomniac it’s so hard to find things that help with relaxing the mind for sleep and though I also agree that I understand she is sharing the TikTok lives it is quite distracting for a brain that’s very hard to get into a sleep state 🤷‍♀️ Appreciate anything from Reiki Fairy at the end of the day to be honest 🫶💖 but I definitely agree that it’s jarring and sometimes means I have to change it and find one without the thank you pauses
