I really like this sleep meditation. I have tried several others but this is the first time I've listened to one by Steviejo Harris. Other sleep meditations have helped me to fall asleep, but only to wake up again after 5-10 minutes. Bus this one: First I slept for 20 minutes, later I slept again for 20 minutes, and after that I slept for 3 HOURS!!! And then I had to get up. This is really great😊

It could have been the sinus meds at play with this but I dreamt that I was in the British Isles, possessed by a woodland goddess and scaring the 💩 out of the cult that had lured my family there, killed them and set me up to be possessed. I guess they thought they were going to control me? That plan backfired. Oddly enough, one of the cult members looked similar to an ex-boyfriend but had more hair.
