You created, and I found this meditation at the precisely the right time, having reconnected with a love from my past where the timing was not to be until now. But please slow down 🙏 Honestly, give it a beat between heartfelt statements to give a casual listener like me time to absorb and contemplate what was just said. I found this on InsightTimer, but looked it up YT just so I could put the playback speed at 0.75 (I would do half time, but the background music distorts too much). Maybe you are going for some hypnotic priciple? You have quite the rate of speach. Your meditations are seriously like listening to an episode of Gilmore Girls! I also know that you want to avoid that disturbing effect where someone just fell asleep, then this disembodied voice suddenly pipes in and wakes them up again. I'm sure the time it takes to edit a video like this is time consuming, and you have the next to think about in order to turn your insights into a profitable occupation, but please add pause in your editing. For example, sample something from The Honest Guys with 1M+ followers.
