Other than this being so calm and relaxing the deep tone makes such a difference than so many with a high pitch music which is not relaxing, thank you

I listened to a good few other similar efforts of other channels but there is too often a nasty spikey piano key pinging or it just is not constantly seamlessly smooth and gentle. Thanks for producing these. I'm not stressed or anxious but I have a endocrine disorder which sometimes results in my heart beating faster than normal. Really can give me problems going to sleep and this is ideal 👍

Me too. I find taking a propranolol before bed slows my heartbeat down enough that I can sleep and not wake up in palpitations. It’s not a sedative. It’s a cardiac medication. ❤

@@persia888 Yeah I was on Bisoprolol also a Betablocker but had to come off it. Some nights are better than others! 😴
