This is my backyard.... Grew up in Nevada County since the early 80s. I was on a horse Ranch where wild stallions were brought in from Nevada. I now have property off Rock Creek above Nevada City. My brother and I were in the woods all day long as kids.It was like living in a Hallmark movie. RiP Dad , you taught me what was really important. I could travel the world and feel that Nevada County would still be my favorite place.

The Red, 2500 Diesel, on 20/22 inch wheels. Great for towing, not for wheeling. The diesels are nose heavy. Wilseyville race a few years ago was a snowy mud fest. Diesels stuck everywhere. 1/2 tons and 4 wheel drive SUVs had no problem. The reason Power Wagons are gas on 17s. Great video, thanks for sharing.

The snow was crazy! Especially as im a tahoe local and i took my girls out trick or treating and it was getting pretty cold 🥶 i had a feeling! Then boom! Like you say, we woke up here in the Sierra mountains in south lake tahoe ca, with over 2 feet of snow at lake level, which is around 6,200 feet above sea level thats just at the lake level not up on the local trails that everyoneuses to crawl, as they are even higher in elevation. Such epic memories and more to come. Thanks for your content and insights, bad assery video my friend 💯🤙😎🏔❄️🛻

Great video... Did you know, that Bowman Lake has three (03) entry points? Through Graniteville, through Jackson Meadows Lake and off Highway 20. I think you entered through Bear Valley? I've been camping at Bowmans Lake since 1961... My grandmother took us grand kids to the Lake every summer for two months... I was there on the 4th of July... NEVER in my life has the lake water level been so high! The Flume is going at 100% and the Water Falls from Sawmill Lake are 100%...

This is dumb question but is it possible to have a snow plow attachment to the front bumper to help move the snow off to the side of the road?
@bryanhall31552 жыл бұрын
U could have a plow on front if ur on a snow covered main forest service road that doesn't have chances of boulders and stuff as for on trail I guess if u kept plow raised went slow u could do it but it would take away from the fun of trying to make it
@4WDAdventureCrew2 жыл бұрын
yes But it will only work with Snow that is Fresh and Not more then 2ft, That's why they clear HWYs with Big Heavy Trucks because thy have Mass to Push Snow. in back country you need light rig and big tires to float on top of the snow

@AlexeyNagaev-gs2rk Жыл бұрын
@AlexeyNagaev-gs2rk Жыл бұрын
Но это работает на плоском рельефе . Например, при преодолении поля с глубоким снегом.. Если боковой уклон - то уже больше мороки, тк сцепка начинает подламываться.
