thank so much. its my reward at the end of a big day! It's really the only thing that settles my over active mind, is being locked in by an anchor to the present, music. plus i dont prep any sets, so i just have to jump on and play til im tired. usually 2-3 hours these days im not as stressed and dont have adrenaline coursing through me. thanks for messaging and the kind words.
