So my daughter has had alopecia since age 3 we did the whole creams the doctor gave us and either didn’t work or worked slowly, then last time I decided to just do organic things and I swear by this !!!! Fresh aloe Vera mixed with coconut oils / black seed and Castor oils .. all her hair was completely back 🥰

I suffer with Alopecia Areata for 3 months now, I just want to ask how often you put this in her hair? thanks for your reply....
I have had psoriasis all over my body for 15 yrs. The doctor told me I would have it for the rest of my life and that there was no cure. I recently in February this year watched an episode of the food hospital and changed my diet according to what they suggested for a woman who also had psoriasis, and now I eat only veggies, fruit, nuts, seeds and pulses. I have a leaky gut so I cut out everything that causes my gut problems like gluten, wheat, dairy and anything that says E-anything on it, and when I did, my body stopped attacking itself and instead now it is able to retain the vitamins and nutrients of the food I am eating and my hair is starting to grow back which is so exciting! The spots on my body are disappearing and going away and within ONE month of eating almost only veggies my hairline that was receding started growing back in! I’ve literally only been eating frozen wok veggies once a day for maybe 30 days. I’ve also been fasting, no food, only water. 1 day here, 3 days there and even fasts up to 18 days. I take no vitamins, no medications, no creams. I also meditate but on the word of God, the Bible. :) Good luck!

Wowww!! This is amazing!! I love this. Veggies are king! It’s so crazy to think how much we don’t know about how food affects our body. I’m so happy for you. You’re a living testament to the power of a healthy diet. Thank you so much for sharing your story ❤️

I just developed alopecia 2 months ago. It started out with one small spot and just recently, it progressed very quickly all throughout my scalp. I’ve lost about 50% of my hair, and it will still get tangled and matted throughout the day as it continues to fall out. I finally made an appointment to find a wig that will work for me for now. It’s been so hard but I’m doing my best to stay strong. Your video gives me encouragement and I’m excited to give your ideas a shot. Thank you for these videos and the updates.

I've lost 70% of mine within the last 3 years. It's still coming out some. They say you still shed hair. You can read my post up about. My alopecia areata was stress induced.

Hi Deepa, I am so glad my friend sent me your videos. I am starting the AIP Diet today after dealing with Alopecia since last august when I found a bald spot on the back left side of my head which was been increasingly getting larger and larger. I was at the point where I felt I couldn't fight this and after watching your videos I feel super inspired to keep up the good fight. Thank you for what you do.

Acupuncture worked for me! As well as a women I knew that used it for alopecia. Her hair grew back within months it was amazing to see. I have alopecia and it worked me too. I don't mind needles but it's amazing for stress and pain

I had 3 attacks of alopecia over 20 years. The most recent was 8 months ago, it’s now fully covered with strong looking hair . In my state of desperation, I concocted a hair oil treatment which works wonders. My scalp is now so much healthier, the roots feel much stronger and I can enjoy 200 brushes a day to start a good cycle for healthy scalp, healthy hair. I can try sending you a bottle, it’s 100% natural and organic. The herbs come from my own garden. It works for me and I hope it’ll work for more people 🙏🏼

Hi Deepa, Thank you for the inspiration, I watched your videos two years ago and have been doing lots of different diets as AIP did not work for me, exercise, meditation (sometimes), acupuncture and try to manage stress as much as I can. However, recently I have had a sudden flare up with more hair loss due to a lot of stress as I am trying to finish a PhD and having other personal challenges beyond my control and the current pandemic situation which is beyond our control. This video just helped to remind me not to give up so thank you for the inspiration.

Hi, I’m glad your hair is growing back, and that you are in charge and in control of your overall health. I found your channel over a year ago, when I was looking for info on the AIP diet. What are your thoughts on it? I personally followed it for a different autoimmune condition, but I have reintroduced a couple of things(egg yolks, pepper, sometimes coffee...). Stress is definitely an awful trigger for flare ups in autoimmune conditions. I need to get the meditation app. Thanks for sharing and stay healthy😘

Thanks so much for documenting your journey, it has been super helpful. I have one question, and it may be different for everyone, but Im curious to know when / how you noticed you were getting better: did the hair stop falling?, did your hair start growing again? did it happened at the same time, I mean growing at the same time some other spots continue falling?

Thank you for ur video deepa! Amazing 3 years journey! So happy for your result! I got my 1st alopecia 6/7 yrs ago, then it being treated by doctors medicine. 1 year ago the alopecia back, si i get back to the doctor, he tells me to get medicine (isprinol for 6 months, it’s an antivirus medicine) & minoxidil he also mentioned i could eat anything... so it’s kinda confusing... But looking few of ur videos, i dont think i need the medicine, should i go for a second opinion from another doctor? How bout you deepa? Do you take any medicine beside than supplements?

Watching your videos gives me hope! Now just to implement the things you do. It’s a lot and I’ve been thinking of starting the AIP diet but it’s so strict and a lot of hard work just for a month or two.
@DeepaBerar5 жыл бұрын
I get that. I won’t sugarcoat it it was definitely difficult. But it worked and I would do it all over again if I had to because it was worth it. You just have to be organized and prepared and nowadays there are wayyy more options out there for AIP foods than a few years ago. You can do it!!
@maddy25595 жыл бұрын
Deepa Berar ahhh ok, I’m gonna plan out my weekly meals and eat left overs since I can’t cook on the daily. I barely even know how to cook 😬 I think if I keep myself fueled (since I tend to starve when I do diets) I won’t go towards the bad food or feel hungry for other cravings.

I've started your supplements and I'm on the fence with AIP because the commitment, but two months will come and go either way so might as well jump in. At best it works and at worse, I'll probably lose some weight LOL....
@barbarasmith45604 жыл бұрын
I started losing my in 2018. I have lost like you 70% of my hair. I'm doing rice water with 6-8 drops of rosemary. I treat it bbn only twice a week because it can dry your hair out. My problem is I'm still shedding hair. I'm thinking it's like you said it happens in stages. I'm post menopausal at 52yo on hormone replacement. My hair seems to be growing a lil but it's coming back in very thin and white. Its still feels like I have bald patches. It's very hard being patient.
