Akka i met accident in 2016 and from then i went through a lot of health issue. My body is unfit. What food they offer in sadhnapada. I want to eat those food and become fit so that i will join in 2023

The food is there is very simple and satvic! The menu is huge and I won’t be able to explain what all do we eat there. That can only be experienced. I would suggest you to eat as healthy as possible and make way to SADHANAPADA.

Anna I have applied for sadhanapada2023.they called me on second day after filling up the form.they said i have to finish inner engineering first and then i inform them.i don't know that was genuine call or not.now i am doing inner engineering.6 sessions have completed.how will i get to know that i am eligible for sadhanapada or not?

That’s a good question! Although I don’t think they will allow because a lot of applicants come every year.. they will definitely give a fair chance to all as much as possible… but still I will ask… but as far as I know… they allow only for Sadhnapada Intensive… and not SADHANAPADA!

Yes. These things are not offered along with the free program of SADHANAPADA. You have to pay separately for these programs.

Haha! Trust me, I went there with the same thought! But it’s much easier said than done! Thats the challenge… you can only have routine and food given… but following and eating is in your hands… and to cope up with that routine everyday for 7 months is not easy at all. It’s actually difficult to articulate and can be best experienced… And who said there is no competition? We are taught to be competitive since our birth… It might not be in their course structure, but it’s definitely there in human minds... the struggle is to go beyond that compulsiveness of being competitive and still keeping harmony alive and be at ease!
