When I heard the voice of God and I had only a general view of Him. When I got my first job and first apartment , living alone, I was sleeping one night, having a nightmare of ppl sticking me all over my body, and suddenly, a loud, deafing masculine voice of great authority told them to get out! And in that dream, they quickly left. By 30 years, I fell in love with the word of God, studying 8 hours a day for three years. Praise God! I was jet rocketed to a higher level leaving my friends behind. FYI, I'm rarely ever sick and look 20 yrs younger than my actual age bc of obedience and put into practice after studying the bible and other books ( Enoch and Jasher) he wanted me to read.

The bible tells us to pray to God, and Him only. Matthew 6:6 ESV But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you. Be fearless and shake off the man made laws. God will reward you.

God spoke to me with his audible voice when I was not even seeking him. Then on 3 later occasions appeared as light to me. As the guest said, once this happens there is no denying it. No one believes me, but I know in my heart it's true. All my Christian friends tell me god doesn't speak to people...I know that's not true.

MANY MANY people have had similar experiences- both by God (even several times in the Bible) & by the enemy (the enemy also shows up as an “angel of light”). Prayerfully your experience was indeed with God & not a trick of the enemy. I believe you. He spoke to me too in an audible voice. It was so strong and forceful and it came from inside of me and I got so scared because the voice was so High and strong and came so sudden. Basically It said; " this person will not be able to live without your help" . I was helping someone at the time. God, The Holy Spirit and Jesus has spoken to many and they still do. This is so true about God awakening a remnant!! I was in the reformed church for 10 plus years and I stayed in BONDAGE to the devil that whole time. Not everybody live in the USA. Where I live in Sweden, in a small town, there are not many churches to choose from and those we have are old fashioned and if I would speak about the supernatural or what I experienced when I encountered God, they would look at me like I was mental. Not even my own family listens to me. I am tired and alone were I live. The only company I have is God. Not that it is a bad thing, but if I were to join a real community, I would have to move to another country.. You All talk like it's easy, but it's not. Thank you for sharing though. @JanuariJones-cj8bb - No it's not easy. But thank God the Father, that He singled you out to spend eternity in heaven. I was literally kicked out of the first church I went to after 7 years of dedicated ministry there. I wasn't one of them as was said, I was from a background of sin and knew I was not good. Unfortunately I didn't know what to think as I believed church Christians were good and couldn't be so far wrong, and I didn't understand that every word in the bible is true and not every word from so called Christians was true if it didn't conform to the bible. It took me years to come back from that deception, but thank God He woke me up a second time and I'm growing like a tree again, in Christ Jesus, by the Holy Spirit, Through God the Father. May God bless your journey with Him. TRUST HIM!

I think that those God has chosen for surtain things, he pushes harder, in order for us to be ready when the time comes and we are attacted more often by the enemy because of it. I hope I have a place in heaven and that we all have, but we sin and it can be the smallest sin that we don't think about, because we are tired or in a hurry or distracted. And that's the thing. God's word is true and we can trust God, but people sin so we cannot trust people, even if they are christians in churches. There are even people from the enemy that infiltrate churches to destroy Christians life's. To lure them into sin or worse, ( get them away from believing in God). Don't you ever give up and don't mind those who act against you, because they truly don't understand the extent of what they are doing. They are not just destroying other people's life's, but also their own life's. May God protect and bless the rest of your life in the name of Jesus Christ our savior. Eyes on Jesus. We are close. This is such an amazing testimony of the goodness of God. I was raised Catholic, but through a series of unfortunate circumstances I became born again. I didn’t know what I was missing before. As hard as it was to go through what I went through, I am completely transformed by the power of God. I am so thankful & grateful for this. I have joy in my heart & in my life now. I was raised Catholic and believing that lighting candles and praying to saints for help was right. I later learn after giving my life to Jesus in a Christian church that those practices are forms of idolatry and I had to repent. The Lord open my eyes to so much darkness that I was in, things I was doing that I was taught was right by my ancestors. Things I did even think was wrong, and its not that my family was purposely doing evil things. They were taught these practices from generation to generation. I am so grateful to God for choosing me to be the one to break free of everything. So that my children and future generations in my bloodline can know the true name and meaning of JESUS.
