FD13: Is Plugging THIS Vintage Amp into 120Vac Safe?

I outline the minimum data required to evaluate the amp to answer questions about operating it. In this case, I want to evaluate the consequences to operating the mains at 120Vac. My recommended procedure has 7 steps.
