As a kid, I went on my dad's truck all over the USA. When he would drive all night, I would go back in the bunk, and sleep so good. Just the sound of the semi and the shaking of the truck, always took me to dreamland. How I miss those times.

Had a dream I was much older and my kids and family where inner twined with AI and everything was self cleaning in the house, I looked at my self and them and began to cry and apologize for not being there as much considering my working status this happened last night....it's a dream I hope to never forget . I'll cherish forever it makes me wanna see my children more often than going to my lousy job but I need the money to survive and it's hard since my wife has been away for a while with some legal issues. I use this all the time. I turn this noise off only a couple of times a day. I have it in the background running low and higher if my newborn gets really fussy. It helps her a lot

This is my favorite white noise. My wife doesn't understand the noise. I had it on once at night and my wife woke up and asked me to turn it off as, "I'm getting cold!" Thankfully I work nights and its not a problem at all!

I’ve been sleeping to a fan sound for 40 years and switched from a real box fan in the room to a music sample looped in the 90s , then went to a mini disc for about ten years ( the mini disc player would repeat WITHOUT A PAUSE so it wouldn’t wake you up ). I use a digital recorder now and put 10 hrs on it . With all the experimenting I have done with mic placement , I have the best fan sound I’ve ever heard but this one is good . It has a slight roar in the sound , like mine , which is REALLY SOOTHING . It’s so hip to be able to go to this source for something that used to be so difficult to create . And I’m so glad to know I’m not the only one that sleeps to a fan sound !

It's not as powerful as I thought it would be, but it works very well. kzbin.infoUgkxGjG43--gYqIoT4Xkur2PqCrtbKwTv2h There are three options to circulate air, and best of all a remote control for us lazy people. Installation was a breeze (no pun intended). It actually took longer to open the box then it did putting the side extenders on and sitting it in the window opening. It's a perfect alternative when you want airflow, but not the AC. Just might order another one for a different room. UPDATE: Bought another one like I said. They work great. Why not have two...

as a boy I used to sit in front of my parents fan heater on cold mornings. it made me feel relaxed and sleepy. today I am almost 59 and I still enjoy sitting in front of a fan heater to experience the same cosy relaxed and sleepy state I enjoyed so much as a boy. this video is wonderful. well done to the makers and please upload more

Ok, this may be an odd question, but has anyone else had very deep and LUCID dreams while listening to this? How about euphoric sleep? By that I mean sleep so good, it borders on “perfect”. My wife and I both love this video to the point I’d give up my actual fan for it.

I play these videos and they help me sleep because there’s a kid in the 60s and 70s my mom had a hair dryer and I would take it to bed at night not just a warm me up but for the noise my room was right next to the closet where the heater and air conditioning unit was and when it kicked on I slept really good I cannot sleep in silence there has to be some sort a humming like a fan or hair dryer if it’s too quiet I cannot fall asleep😳 i’ve been this way since I was a kid and I’m 58 years old now

There’s a child’s voice calling for “daddy…..daddy” every 10 seconds…it was playing through surround sound back left speaker. I had this on loud and it woke from my sleep thinking it was one of our children. I woke my husband and he could hear it as well…but said it’s in the recording. When I paused it…no kid. Played it…kid calling out.

Every 8 seconds or so after 16 mins I hear a very low pitch sound like a horn honk or a duck quack. It’s hard to pick up but distinct after a minute. Maybe re-do this video without other sound.
