@@adama8313 My injury completely healed. I gave my belt away to someone who needed it. The problem with most people is that they’re not disciplined enough to wear it all the time. I was desperate. I was taking 800 mg doses of ibuprofen which would’ve damaged my kidneys and liver. I spent most of my days laying on the floor on my back (even while at work). That belt was a miracle for me. I’d recommend it for anybody to try but they have to wear it as much possible for it to work.

It holds you at the hips. The towel they use gives them the necessary grip under your head by your vertebrae to stretch very quickly the entire spine. It cracks the entire spine down to the hips.

"Miraculous cures" always impress, but look a little too miraculous to me. We see a whole string of them in these videos, but they're snapshots, possibly very selective of the clientele. We don't see a) patients who get no immediate benefit, though such patients likely exist; b) follow-up over the next week, month, year, five years. The "instant cure" alone could have a high psychological/placebo element, but we see no scientifically credible evaluation of long-term benefits or otherwise.

Please don’t expect your chiropractor to miraculously heal you. If your spine is out of whack they can adjust you but a lot of times the muscles contracting cause the issue. They don’t get the memo. You have to do the ice/ heat etc electrical treatments and get those boogers to stop contracting they likely are protecting a injury and it will take a time to heal. I have used surgical intervention, physical therapy and chiropractic care. All have benefits but don’t expect any of them to just cure you especially Chiros!
