Hi Aryana idk if this is unwarranted but I had a similar dental arch to yours and it turned out I had an underbite tendency and needed a few months of Invisalign for it. My upper teeth looks way more "youthful", less flat and more visible now if it makes sense? Sorry if this is unwanted advice but just in case it helps u because I can tell u have the same thing I did
