Some key learnings according to my perspective: 1) The way he says "I don't know" - it shows that no one knows everything - we all are on a journey where we need to figure out things. 2) Business running tip - Putting right people in the right place 3) The way he said honest marketing nhi h, it shows his integrity 4) Suppose if someone reads, and suddenly someone asks favourite book or whatever - he said is baat ka jawab hona chahiye par h nhi, toh it shows zaruri nhi ki hum bata pae hamesha har chiz...just learning self growth is important 5) He is extremely humble , calm and composed though he is the founder of Zomato 6) He emphasized on the importance of culture 7) His voice is calm - so its not about voice its about energetic thoughts.. 8) These points I'm writing for my own learning
