Why do 'spiritual' people suffer? The first question to ask is: are these so-called spiritual people really spiritual? Many of them are pretenders. And many more follow stuff that they think is punya, but in reality its a maha paap. Example: Many people follow vegetarianism under the delusion that its a punya. But, vegetarianism is a maha paap that leads to hell. So, naturally, a 'spiritual' person who follows vegan or vegetarian lifestyle is highly likely to be punished by nature for their sins.

I want to get up at 4 am. And by grace of god, I can wake up at 5:15 am during my school days ( other wise I am doomed for sure as I will miss my classes ) my school starts at 6 am . And I wake up very late around 9 am during my holidays . I have been struggling to wake up early for years now. I remember always putting my alarm on 4 am and I have always switched it off and slept again until now. My friend advised me to wake up 15 minutes earlier but I cannot even get up 1 minute earlier . I don't know whether it's my past self holding me down or my negative affirmations,but I just cannot get up earlier than what I currently wake up at . I am not interested to wake up any later than 4 am. My brother had told me first wake up at 6 am ( during holidays ) but my only interest is to wake up at 4 am and study hard for my exams. I am stubborn and this bad habit of mine is killing me inside . I really want to get out of this loop of waking up late during my holidays and be able to wake up at 4 am during my school days . Please give me advices about the solutions to wake up early and please talk about the struggle of waking up early as the struggle is REAL.
