Suitable for all forms of #stress, particularly chronic health. This meditation will help to boost self-esteem, nurture self-kindness and #improvementalhealth. Perfect for first thing in the morning to start your day or before bedtime to prepare you for #sleep .

Thank you Linda❤I felt restless when I woke up this morning, and now after doing this meditation I feel nice and calm. This was the shorter version, I don’t think I tried the longer one, so I will definitely be doing that one this week. Have a good day 😊
