Rode a 1000cc on a long ride, honestly you really don't need a 1000cc or most big bikes. Save your money for fuel and get a 500-800cc, way more than enough.

@@sauravkumarmandal7394 tldr: I was talking about litre class bikes and in the 500-800, 850 is included too, thoda upar neechay chalta hai. 350 are really good too but you do feel like you need the 500 on highway stretches. I wish to keep this a discussion and not an argument. Been here since the Honda days. Yes 850 is still very good and can be used but litre class bike are a huge jump from even 850. On most western roads you can actually use those horses but in India even with good roads there is a VERY high chance of something you don't expect happening happen. Still remember the time I saw cows on the expressway, a f**king expressway for christ sake, there was a place where the expressway had broken barriers and somehow these cows decided to take their spot on the fresh new road. I also rode a harley 1200cc and it was a pain, while it can probably do bumps and slightly broken roads I still don't want to damage the thing so had to slow down and do all sorts of tricks while the sun and the bikes engine were both cooking me. Some others as well all 1000+cc, they were absolutely fun but came with their own set of problems that you really don't want to deal with and those issues were because we aren't the west, a market that those bikes were built for. African twin is an exception, I really liked it and it is f**king awesome, I felt like it is the most ADV adv out there.
