Yes, and wow, Elon is really on top of many technical things! He is right again! Deepseek is definitely a game changer, and Elon just called a spade a spade! (Unlike many other folks who try to diminish anything coming out of China). The deepseek shortcoming is also fair (and I suspect the limit of context length is limited by hardware/budget, not technical). Elon probably didnt know that the Deepseek Dev team are all home grown in China - no sea turtles! Interested reader can read the interview with founder 幻方 梁文鋒several months ago when DS rolled out V2.
