for thresher, just stay out of its hitbox and you wont be hit, like stay a foot away from it and you wont get hit. but u will have to dodge the tunnel thingy

unfortunately now trial of one just brings you to level five, now you can do the tutorial thing, get free notes, free piece of armor, free mantra, and a free dumbbell and you get like 50 or more notes from vigils and etrea if you did the ez money thing for beginners

i know this comment is way old and u either figured it out, gave up or quit, but parry the first part of the parry check normally, it'll get faster and faster until you have to spam parry.

this helps, the only thing i struggle with is the enforcer, sand knight is really easy and the last trial is free with heavy

misleading clickbait video, so ill post some cheeses. If you constantly circle sharkos counterclockwise, their kicks will ALWAYS miss. Run from the golem's spin attack. Even if you know the timing for its parry, youll still get hit and lose hp. All threshers have a "cheese distance" where you can back up juuuuust enough to where their attacks completely miss you but you can still hit them. You have to practice this one a lot, if you back up too far the thresher walks forward, if you back up not enough, youll get hit by its attacks. Angels are just irritating and buggy, good luck For Enforcer, when he feints you can just hold block. Also never get kicked away by him or go too far from him, his spin attack sucks to both run from and parry. For the Stone Knight, roll after every single attack. The only other thing you might have to do is parry after a roll if he swings his sword twice. For the parry test, just spam F lol For the final trial, you'll really need to focus. You can block the orbs without taking posture damage, so just focus on blocking those and paying attention to the sharko's attacks. Don't rush, only attack when there's an opening.

When im doing the stone knight i like to just go around it and keep dodging and hitting it has saved me sometimes when i don't know a kick is coming but im out of the hitbox and it doesent hit me.

sacrifice your attunement and put 10 in medium weapons so you can buy a mace. now, onto enforcer: parry one hit then do critical. repeat until enforcer dies angel: do the same exact thing but to 2 enemies who have a little less hp i guess?
