massive thank you to Deer Valley for hooking us up with another pass for the year! DV is THE spot to go for lift-served mountain biking in utah. stoked!

I may have a tip for you! Depending on if you have right hand pain or not (I don't know if you've had a previous injury on it or not) you probably should move your brake lever further right for your right hand, on the gopro footage, I can see that your right hand is straight locked on the grip like this: |🤚 but it'd be better for riding position and ergonomics to have your hand form a triangle like: | \🤚 this will help your wrist from getting tired, and it will help you be in attack position with your right elbow being able to flex more! You're absolutely killing it and I totally get how exhausting park riding is, those braking bumps get you even on a DH bike! You must've been FEELING it with all those laps! Love the MTB stuff, can't wait for more brutha!

It amazes me how quickly you picked up biking. I’ve been doing mtb for about 4 years now and couldn’t dream of hitting those gap jumps on twist and shout

Bro, love seeing how much fun you’re having with the bike. Even better, I remember back when your summer videos (still insane quality), wouldn’t get the views they deserved. Now we’re talking about couple thousand right out of the gate? you are him. 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼

Loving the downhill MTB videos Lucas. The only time I've ever done downhill MTB was at Big Sky, but it was unreal. Super fun, long, winding trails with insane views and very few people around. You should definitely check it out sometime if you get the chance to drive up there.

Idk if it’s just me but double black and black mtn biking trails in Utah and Colorado seem significantly easier then their counterparts in the northeast or further west in whistler and the north shore. Wonder what the reason for that is. Your riding progression is amazing though

It does seam like your bike is really smooth but I am comparing it to all the clunky ebike videos that I have been watching.. There are benefits to having a lot of people there.. It forces me to be very alert and to take it easy.. I think part of the reason why I missed the best part of ski season was that I didn't want to overdo it.. It is difficult for me to leave when the conditions are so good.. It is also difficult for me to take it easy when conditions are so good.. That run with the big jumps looked really smooth.. That is the type of run that I would like to do..
im looking to buy my first mountain bike. I haven't found a video that explains different pos and cons or certain bike styles and brands. Anyone have any recommendations? ( I do like the more box looking basic frames, budget would be about 1k)

I mean Deer Valley is top three bike parks in the US on multiple lists. And those lists include whistler and its in Canada.
@nathankovach74147 ай бұрын
@@joshjjjjj25 I mean I would think maybe whistler, kicking horse, Northstar or killington before anything in Utah.

@@joshjjjjj25the trails look fun but they look far easier then stuff you’d ride at places like highland

@@Qver-gd9bg Its opening weekend and hes doing blues... Just look it up, park city is one of the best places in North America to ride. And didnt see one list with highland on it.
