I have seen Bradford and the band twice, both times i was on acid and his energy was really frightening. I was taking it all really personally and i don't think he was enjoying himself either time but the music was so beautiful anyways. the second time i saw the band i was at the museum before i went to the show and ran into bradford there looking at the paintings. i think he knew i recognized him but i didn't want to bother him so i said nothing. after this pandemic i have to see deerhunter again. this time no acid. maybe i'll have the courage to tell him how much i love his art if i meet him again.

The energy in this performance was a little off, you can tell. Who knows why. There’s a much more amateur vid on here of them playing What Happens to People at Primavera Sound, I believe, where they are clearly more into it and it shows. Much more beautiful intro to the song too and the light show makes it even better. I enjoyed reading your comment, take care.

I saw them at an outdoor festival in 2013 on mushrooms and could feel and faintly see the waves of reverb flying towards me as people around me were dropping like flies around me from the 105° temperature. They were definitely on that day

I have a great love for this band and Bradford's vision and all the people that have died in this band and their influences and I could keep going and I'll always remember how I grew up with this band starting with Cryptograms.

La atmósfera está toda relacionada con la armonía entre la música y el ambiente de sonido , en una yuxtaposición tan andrógina coma la banda misma
