I've only seen a static man once. It was 2007, I went to Eureka CA with my then girlfriend and her mom to her great grandmother's house. All three of them claimed the house was haunted by a man and a little boy. As I was getting ready to fall asleep, I had a feeling I wasn't alone. I opened my eyes and at the foot of the fold out bed was the dark silhouette of a little boy staring at me. Crouching to my left, and a lot closer than the boy, was the figure of a man, completely static like the static on a TV screen. I decided to ignore them and fall asleep. I had the weirdest dream about a boy and a man in the house I was staying in. I wish I could remember what they looked like in the dream because the man looked human. That was my only encounters with them during my stay. So perhaps some of these static people are a form of ghosts?

They aren’t ghosts. Ghosts are the souls of human beings that are “stuck” in between this world and the next. The static man is doubtless a demon. There is a documentary about sleep paralysis and in it one of the people being interviewed mentions seeing the exact same entity. Two of them, actually. It is at the very end, I believe. He saw them in broad daylight in the woods.

About three years ago, my dad was taking a nap, he woke up to see his late dad, (my grandad) and my dads German sheperd dog from when he was a kid sitting on the couch in front of him, both were in static, like TV static, he smiled, then faded out, my dad swears it was his dad visiting him, nothing scary feeling about it.

I saw a "Predator" back in 2002. It wasn't staticky in appearance at all that I recall. It was a bit far though, across a parking lot while I was staring outside the window in a building. It "hid" behind a large flagpole and then jumped quite far, immediately dashing off at insane speeds. I've never seen another. It was so bizarre. I always figured it was maybe being tired or stressed. It was clear but with a vague humanoid outline. Basically looking like what "invisibility" is shown to look like in movies, with a super light outline and a slight water droplet-type appearance. I wonder what I saw that day of what the true explanation is.

I feel such compassion for people who see something they are frightened by and cannot understand. I cannot imagine a good friend or family member coming to me in obvious distress and not taking a serious interest in what they tell me! Especially when it is something like a human body with a deer head! Who would bother to make up something so weird?! I would want to establish that the person wasn't having any symptoms of neurological disorder that could cause hallucinations, ask to write down every detail while it is fresh, and then try to find out if anyone else around had ever seen something like it. Doing this would, if nothing else, help the person process their traumatic experience. Nothing would be more damaging than to automatically assume it's a prank, or that the person is lying. Parents especially, often do not listen to what is going on, assuming the child is fantasizing or being creative. Even if they are, they are trying to tell you something important. I saw ghosts when I was very young, and suffered for years thinking they were monsters or that I would be sent away for being crazy. It wasn't until I (finally!) told my grandma and she said she could see them and yelled at my mom, who it turned out, saw them too, but never told us. It really gave me a hard time. I even went to several doctors as a young adult, sure I had a brain tumor or psychiatric problems (I didn't). It kind of ruined my childhood and made me fearful and unhappy for too many years. No kid should have to suffer...

im in oklahoma...theres a tale of a so-called "deer woman" in the area on and to the north of mt. scott...she will show up where groups of people are gathered, no one knows her but everyone assumes she came with someone else...sooner or later, someone will casually glance at her feet--only to notice that her feet are hooves...then she will run away--and so will everyone else...

This is so true, I always get so angry when hearing about how easily parents dismisses stuff their kids say. My husband had a few paranormal experiences when he was much younger which terrified him and made him not want to be in a particular room, and his mom just flat out dismissed it as delusion, him making stuff up, overactive imagination, the usual excuses. I never understood why people would do that. Just because something seems implausible for you personally, doesn't make it untrue. I also had lots of paranormal stuff happen to me growing up, and still do to some extent today. Luckily I have a mom that's a bit more open to these types of things, so she would have believed me if I told her the stuff that I saw, but I didn't want her to worry and risk her thinking that I might be crazy, honestly, that would have been worse. So I didn't really tell anyone about what I experienced until much later, when I realized other people also had strange paranormal encounters. So stay open minded and respectful if someone trusts you enough to tell you about their paranormal experience

christine paris I had experiences as a very young child, so I really didn’t have the words or language to explain. When I got to my teens, I found my oldest brother (by eight years) also had things happen, and as I grew older he, my Mother and I could talk. We are Australian, and it was more ‘ghostly’. I often wonder if strange creatures in the flesh would be easier or harder to try to explain. We are south, and I understand the more physical crypdids are north. I still have experiences and my children and I talk about them often. Talk, discuss and analyse. Keep communication open. 🖤

@@maxelldenomie3915 - I know of a similar case in Spain where a stranger who dressed somewhat like a nun showed up in a village, and the people realized that she actually didn't have feet but hooves, like a goat. They bolted and ran away. I'll bet they're ETs.

When I was a kid, living in Oklahoma, the natives had a creature they called the deer lady, which was a shape shifter of sorts. They called it a staginnee. I'm not sure I spelled it right. They didn't like even talking about it.

@@Gen-X_Dirtbag no, just heard a lot of stories, even from elders. There were also stories of an owl that could take human form. To me, that was the creepy one. Because you see a lot of owls. I was told to never look into the eyes of an owl and I still won't look to this day.

I have had my own static man encounter around 1998 when I was a child. The negativity I felt from it was overwhelming. I don’t want to get into details but even my parents thought a few things were off about my room that night when they came running in after i started yelling. But your description was very close to it. Tall, thin and looked like a fuzzy tv screen. I have never encountered that type of negative feeling again

Dark Skies Smile I have heard a Bigfoot a few times, near where I used to live. The grunts and sounds were close and unnerving. @Redwoodrebelgirl most people don't believe in "ghosts", so I don't talk about my experiences to many. I don't like having my life seen as either a lie or I'm lying. I have paranormal experiences every day. Most of what happens to me I can't see, only hear the movement, hear them talking or waking me up by snapping fingers in my face or yelling my name. I feel them sit on my bed, or clip into it as if someone is running by and hits it. But mostly I'm followed by a cat. It sounds so stupid but it's true. It's always around. Always there when I lay to sleep. I can feel it knocking around the chair I'm sitting on even in places like a doctor's office. I can't see him but I think I know who it is. Problem is now I think there are several of them. I can feel multiple cats walking on my bed. There's this one in particular that basically stalks me. Like a stray trying to get closer. I can feel it slowly walking up my bed, then pause crouched down... watching me. That's unnerving. I'm not too bothered by them anymore. I suppose that's because I've only met a couple of "twisted" people. The cats aren't what I fear. I think all spirits are is energy. I don't pretend to have a clue about it, but I think they are in this form, everything they were in life. So if you're a decent person in life, you'll be that in "death". Crazy in life....well, I haven't had to deal with that yet. Just people getting my attention because I know they're there. Dreams are a big part of this for me. Especially right when you're about to fall asleep, and in that state just before you wake up. Everyone will have an opinion of what this is, but it's my life, and happening to me. I no longer fear death, just the pain of it. Something else is beyond this life. I'm not so sure everyone sticks around, and I don't know the deciding factors to where a person goes. But this ain't it. Not by a long shot. I suppose what I wish to encounter isn't like a wolfman or any monster. I don't know. Maybe it is. I guess because of what I already know I'm too curious. I KNOW. I know there's so much more beyond the veil. It boggles my mind that these things have been talked about throughout all of human history, and we know nothing, and so many don't believe. I have a roommate hard headed, only believed in what he could see, or touch. He heard me talking in my sleep a couple months ago, then heard a man speaking back to me. Scared him. Now he's got a much more open mind. This experience wasn't his but he was witness to a part. I guess seeing is believing. I've never been bothered with doubt. I've had this for as long as I can remember. I won't go looking redwoodrebelgirl, but I have a feeling I'll see something eventually, cause I already know it's there.

You probably know just as much a any of us.:) I think Bigfoot/Sasquatch(which were the vocal encounters that I had) is a very primitive, prehistoric human leftover. However, from the foot casts I've seen of Skunk Ape (where I now live), and some of the video footage I've seen of them walking, as well as some stills, I think Skunk Ape is an ape that has always been here, but lived so deep in the swamps, they were all but forgotten, and maybe thought to have been extinct, or thought too have never been here in the first place. People don't realize how easy it is to get lost in some of these swamps, and how easy it would be for a species that lives in those swamps to rarely be seen, if they choose. The Everglades is still a mysterious place that can swallow up what doesn't want to be found.

Northwoods, WI, fall 2019. We were driving home at night and something darted out in front of our truck. It moved so fast, it was mostly just a brown blur. There are so many deer here that I was thinking it was a deer. But something wasn't right about it. It all happened so fast. I was big and deer-sized but ran too fast and came from nowhere. Right after I breaked hard to avoid hitting it, it took off diagonally upward to the treetops! WHAT? We had been hearing these weird noises every night, all night, the week before this happened. After we got home a very short distance from where we almost hit this thing, we could hear something flying around above the trees in our yard. It had followed us. We ran in the house and didn't let the dog out for weeks after except when we were right with him. We heard the strange noise every night after that, too, for about another week. It stopped one night and haven't heard anything or seen anything since. I don't think it was just a bird. It was running across the road and seemed to have four legs and was too tall to be a bird. It was most like a deer that could fly :O Not like Santa's reindeer, but more like a creepy demon creature. Had an evil feel to it.

A friend of mine was once out turkey hunting with his nephew in eastern West Virginia. They were sitting on the edge of a clearing, with small patches of brush (a little over waist-high) that dotted throughout the field. They were sitting behind one of these little patches of brush, along the tree-line, and weren't having any luck - as they didn't see or even hear any turkey that day. Anyways, after waiting for several hours (now late afternoon) my buddy's nephew had fallen asleep, when they both heard a lot of rustling in the brush not far from their position. After several seconds, they realized that it couldn't be turkey, as whatever was making this noise in the brush was much too large to be turkey. Apparently, they both became a bit nervous, until a deer broke through the brush and my buddy (comforting his nephew) said: "look, it's just a deer"! This deer (which he was starting to realize looked "odd") apparently turned it's head to look at them, *laughed,* and ran off. Yes, he said it laughed like a person and ran off, after which my friend and his nephew promptly left.. I'm sure that I'm not doing the story justice, but this video reminded me of his experience..

​@@BeyondCreepy 😄 Yeah, it sounds completely insane, and as a biologist, I am skeptical, but I trust his word, and his nephew backed it up.. Interestingly, after posting this comment (several hours ago), I searched "deer laughing" and/or "laughing deer" via a few search engines and got lost in a maze of links, that eventually led me to a YT channel that I actually know - with a man recalling a similar "snickering", or "laughing deer" - the only difference being that the deer my friend encountered was a buck. (It was a video featuring "skinwalker" encounter stories). I know that, logically, it's _probably_ just some sort of fluke noise that the deer perhaps made in reaction to the surprise of coming across two hunters so abruptly(?), but my buddy is convinced that this particular deer had "human-like eyes" (whatever that means), looked overly intelligent, did not look like a typical healthy deer, and it quote "just wasn't right", so I don't know what exactly he encountered, and it sounds goofy, but honestly... we was convinced that it was essentially a man in the form of a deer, laughing at him, and as odd as that sounds... that would probably scare the shit out of me! 😄

As a neurobiologist (that's spent a lot of time in the field as a vertebrate biologist and herpetologist), my default mode of operation is 'skeptic', however, I was fortunate (or unfortunate) enough to have had my own Sasquatch encounter in 2015 (or, what I believe to be "Sasquatch"), so I now look at these reports with a slightly different perspective, and it has just left me with far more questions than answers.. I could easily see other genera and species, similar to Sasquatch, living secretive lives in secluded terrain, simply as of-yet-to-be-discovered biological organisms, as the fossil record has already confirmed that other primates and various other bizarre taxa of animals have existed at one time or another... And, marine life is a whole other ball-game (with which I have another odd story)! The most accurate surveys, based on the best data gathered by the best institutions, have surmised that we have likely only cataloged slightly over 30% of the Earth's total marine life. Likewise, I could even see some UFO accounts as feasible, given the sheer vastness of our universe. The ghoul/demon/poltergeist and shapeshifter stories are where we start to exit the realm of the 'paranormal' and enter the realm of the 'supernatural'.. Though, mathematically speaking, it is at least theoretically possible for biological organisms to exist in interdimensional or extradimensional spaces higher than our own, and things of this sort, so who knows...

If it helps in your research, I remember a Netflix documentary about sleep paralysis, I can't remember the name but is well known, where one of the interviewed was seeing 2 "static" beings since he was a child. He ended up believing they were demons and at some point a girlfriend of his could see 'em too. Pretty freaky stuff, as the documentary starts it presents sleep paralysis as hallucinations but later it implies they maybe are actual entities. I have to google it to find the name, definitely worth watching.

Ooo..ima hav to look this up! My lil boy(well 13)occasionally suffers sleep paralysis episodes,but says it doesn't scare him since he knows what's happening. Now,the same cant be said for me! He also talks in his sleep..for instance,couple nights ago,he fell asleep on one couch,and I was watchin tv on the other..well he sits up,looks right at me and starts yelling "I see it..I see it..I see it" like waving his hands around his face,as if something's leering at him or right in his face. The night before he was pointing in the dark corner of the room,spouting total gibberish..but it's like full sentences that I just dont understand. some Guy not so much numbers, no, although I’ve always been able to pinpoint the exact time of day it is +- a minute even if I haven’t looked at a clock in 12 hours. It’s kind of like this vision in my mind’s eye that reads an exact number and I check the clock and quite often it’s the exact number to the point I don’t even really regard it much anymore. That’s the only real number-associated phenomenon I can think of that’s consistent. That kind of “visual message” is the typical modality that I receive these kind of messages though. I tried to write it off as confirmation bias for a long time but it happens so beyond the amount it would in a vacuum if everything is truly chaotic and unpredictable, but this isn’t exactly an easy thing to measure much less prove. If you’ve ever seen Donny darko where he visualizes a stream coming out of peoples chests showing where they are going to go, that’s someone similar to the ongoing somewhat subconscious phenomenon going on in my head. It’s like there’s a consistent mechanism keeping the time, analyzing everyone’s movements, knowing where they are going to go and how they will respond and how the response to that response will be and so on, and I oscillate between how well I’m able to retrieve this information from my own brain... but there is this sense of a continuity of all these measuring devices and “extra sensory” accounting of all players in space. Sometimes it manifests kind of like folders on a computer where a certain item or person in a room will be a folder I can double click on with my mind and open, and that reveals a bunch of sub folders that have their own information and more directed, specific components to the larger folder. That’s another one off the top of my head... This isn’t a very well explained response, nor is anywhere near complete but this is just off the top of my head some aspects of t. I hope it makes sense. It’s very hard to translate into language and I’m a bit foggy at the moment.

😮 I've had a "static man" encounter or I guess static woman. It was my sister's 13th bday and the party was in the basement that we just renovated. It saw it just when people we're starting to leave. There was one room where most everyone was with all the food and the stairs going up and a bigger room with a pool table that was mostly empty except for me just pacing around and one of my sister's close friends that was sitting on a chair closest toward the room I was in. On either side of the room was the laundry room with the lights on and a dark storage room that lead out to the bulkhead door. So anyways it's loud and everyone's talking when all of a sudden I see the thing, atleast 7 feet tall, in the shape of Virgin Mary or a typical sheet-ghost image. It was kind of transparent but what was more interesting was that the entire being looked like blue n pink static less like TV static but more like electrical and it was starring right at me. No features no eyes just it's shape and cotton candy colored electrical static. It just kinda stepped to the right out of the view of the room as if it when out from the bulkhead door. I was kinda frozen but turned to my sisters friend who was halfway sitting in the room and we kinda locked eyes and I asked if she saw that and she knotted she did and we were freaked out and went upstairs with everyone else. Later on in life I was discussing this to my sister who didn't believe me until she messaged the friend that was there that night who we haven't spoke to in years and she agreed that she saw it too. True story, I talk about it all the time.

I love these stories because of how much variety there is in them. I've told a few people, this is the channel to go to if you want all the miscellaneous stuff that Creepy-pasta channels don't cover. You also cite your sources as often as you can, which is something you don't get with everyone. I've noticed something else as well: People are rarely flat out attacked by these entities. There might be some car damage, or an overwhelming feeling of fear, but the protagonist usually comes out physically unscathed. Most of these things seem content of observe or maybe cause some trouble, but seem to not be overly prone to violence.

Not that hard. The clothing would be essentially a display, and then video cameras relay the images it captures fun behind the person to the TV material. So if you look at them, you're essentially watching a live recording of what's behind them. Not perfect, which is why you can still see them.

I would love to see something like this. I travel basically the entire eastern US( truck driver) and I stay in some pretty remote and isolated areas. Both in the woods and in completely empty commercial areas. I dont do truck stops if I can avoid it or I need a shower. Never seen anything out of the ordinary. I have scared myself. Wind was just right and was shaking my truck in a very repetitive way. The factory I was parked at had a machine running that made a noise that sounded like someone stepping right outside the truck. I was convinced there was someone outside trying to steal my freight or break into my truck. I finally grabbed a weapon and checked it out.......nothing around. When I stepped out I finally realized the "steps" were that machine that was running. I was terrified. I had convinced myself there was someone out there. I could hear them. They were shaking my truck. My point is that in a lot of these stories, obviously not all, we can't rule out the power of our own minds. I'm guessing this comment wont go over very well. Lol.

Guy I used to know, we drifted apart...before that happened, he related to me that (he was with the peyote cult for a time), during a ceremony, he got up and exited the teepee, went to sit under a tree...he became aware of a person walking toward him. Thinking it another member, he called to him but got no reply... He saw by the fireglow in the tent plus light round about that this person was in shape a human--with horns, antlers out of the head. It stood looking, making sure he saw it--then it pointed back to the teepee. Turned and walked back into the dark....he went back inside.

Again I remembered about that terrifying deer man encounter in one of your other videos. That one and the so-called frog man from that same video to me take the cake in regards to some of the creepiest encounters with humanoids that you've narrated. The others may be frightening but not to this level. Nothing like this. This is to an extent even more sinister than encountering a grey or a reptilian. Really wish you would put up more videos but I do realize that it is getting harder with KZbin demonetizing your channel and also quality material takes time to compile.

I was driving late one night with 2 other truckers when I felt the need to get some sleep. Around 2am I pulled into a small unpopular truck stop that closes around 10pm on the east side of Rock Springs in Wyoming. Just a few trucks, nice and quiet and not many lights. I had been in my sleeper only maybe 20 minutes when I clearly heard the voices of women begging me to come out and help them find their heads, that "he" had cut their heads off and they needed to find their heads. The women's voices were very real sounding and made me wake up and think someone was in the truck and that I maybe forgotten to lock the doors. I stood up and reached into the cab and extended my arm to lock the door and realizing that it was indeed locked I looked out the front windshield and there was a deer standing in right in front of the truck just staring at me. The hair stood up on the back of my neck and I said WTF (well that's fantastic). I didn't even go back into the sleeper to pull my pants on or put my shoes on. I hopped into the seat, started the truck and got out of there fast driving about another hour or so to the Pilot truck stop and finding a spot to park in the well lit and busy parking area. Never went back to that other quiet spot again. Those voices sounded so real as if they were next to me and talking right into my ear but the deer standing there looking at me really freaked me out.

I used to go to Big Bear Lake all the time when I was a kid. My parents would take us up there so we could play in the snow or camp out on the lake, if it was during the summer time. We lived in Barstow California in the desert below the mountain .I always felt like there was something strange about that place. I was just a kid and brushed it off. Maybe there really want is a reason I felt that way when we would go up there? My mom always told me there was Bigfoot that roamed the area.

I remember a case narrated by Mr. B. describing the encounter of a group of young boys - at night and in the woods - with a very tall deerman dancing round a big bonfire. The cryptid stopped dancing when he discovered the kids, who ran away freaked out and rushed back to their camp cabin. The next morning they returned to the spot accompanied by a camp supervisor, and they were able to find the ashes the deerman's bonfire had left.

The static man and the Predator type make sense if you consider it as a cloaking device which uses video. The person would be wearing material that is essentially aTV screen, and a series of cameras that record what is behind him and play it directly onto the clothing,making them nearly, but not quite, invisible. Should the lower run out or they suffer some kind of connection issue, the clothing would become as static, just like a TV with no signal.
