People were supporting Luigi before we even knew what he looked like. His looks were honestly just a bonus. A lot of us believe that he's innocent and he looks nothing like the shooter and I agree. There are also comedians who also support Luigi like Bill Murr. This Luigi stuff goes deeper and they're trying to get him with terrorism when they don't even charge School shooters with terrorism. 🖤

This is real. Tiktok is a huge example of pretty privilege. Attractive and fit people go on Tiktok live with no talent and zero personality. They just sit there or do that stupid NPC thing wearing close to nothing or in the case of dudes, wearing those skin-tight Spiderman suits as a thirst trap and they get tons of gifts and cash app donations for doing nothing. But you see average or unattractive people who have actual talents or asking for help because of a health issue or natural disaster, they barely get recognition. But on the other side, I kinda feel bad for some of those people who have to do thirst traps and be naked online to get attention and praise because some of them probably feel like that's the only way they can get positive attention and they feel that they don't have anything else to offer other than their body and good looks, so like Dee said, everybody has some type of issues they are dealing with or insecurities.

The biggest negative about pretty privilege is a lot of attractive people go on with life without developing an attractive personality. They are surrounded by yes men/women. I am a guy that would consider myself a 7 or high 6 now, but lived most of my life thinking I was less than a 5, so i developed a more approachable personality. It's not until I started dating in my early 20's that women started saying that I am a good looking guy. btw, in my country, we usually go to all boys or all girls high schools, so there wasn't much dating during high school. I got compliments from other guys about how attractive I was, and that always felt weird to me, so I thought they were making fun of me. But if I let that ego get to me, I would be a super boring/socially inept guy.

Luigi’s glorification is interesting. I feel like if we lived in a world where he was conventionally unattractive, his glorification would regress but I do feel as though the niche audience of people who actually care about this case would still sympathize with the message that the murder of Brian Thompson (UnitedHealthcare’s CEO) represented rather than the actions that led to Brian’s demise. I agree with Troyce but I do believe people's ignorance and shallowness shouldn't distract from what the CEO’s assassination stood for. Brian Thompson being hypocritical towards what his company was SUPPOSED to be providing is what led people to side with Luigi.

There's plenty of us who don't believe it was him for so many reasons.

People saying dude has “ pretty privilege “ just because he gets complimented on his looks and gets sent money in jail are crazy. Hate to go here ….but compared to the “ pretty privilege “ attractive young women get its pretty much night and day. No matter how good looking a dude is he will never receive the same type of “ pretty privilege “ even an average looking girl gets that’s just basic knowledge. This video trynna use good looking dudes and say they get the same type of “ pretty privilege “ as attractive women is almost comical lol
@hiimjoans49222 күн бұрын
That’s not nearly always the case. Brad Pitt for example has more pretty privilege than most Hollywood women. His whole family has made claims against him and no one cares because he’s attractive. If his ex wives weren’t Hollywood royalty at this point no one would even remember. Ted Bundy was literally being paraded around by women for a decade. Women experience pretty privilege on a day to day level more. However, women have a quicker expiration on their privilege. A pretty man will reap benefits WAY longer than a woman will. People still talk about how fine Leonard DiCaprio and Johnny Dep are despite them both looking significantly worse than they did in the 90’s. Both who have weird fetishes for younger women 👀
@aundrereid73Күн бұрын
This is a complete lie. Like there’s no way you pulled this outta yo butt. Men benefit from pretty privilege as well. Luigi is an example. The internet was SWOONING over this man bc of his looks. If he were not as cute he wouldnt be looked at.
@MMAopinions-g8qКүн бұрын
@ yah bro…I already acknowledged that yes he does get complimented on his looks…but you think that alone is “ pretty privilege “ ?? Why you trynna pretend that me saying a woman’s pretty privilege is almost incomparable to the very far and few examples of a males “ pretty privilege “ ?!!! Like you acting like that’s some rare phenomenon that I just “ pulled outta my butt “ and you only discovered by reading my comment? You genuinely really think dudes receive the same type of “ pretty privilege “ that a woman does? gtfoh
@aundrereid73Күн бұрын
@ this was pretty privilege. No matter who it was he killed someone and he’s getting praised for it because of his looks. If he were busted, he def wouldn’t get so much attention. Now while I do agree that women may benefit more from it, men still have it and benefit from it.
