If you ever feel like they need a bigger house then you should give them Derrick’s old house just revamped and add a basement for studio spaces. But for now maybe you can add a room at the end of the hallway or off the kitchen where the “driveway” is. Or you can do a cute little baby corner in their room where the clothes rack is and move that stuff in front of the window under the tapestry. You can spread your baby cc like the mats and swings all over the house. That’ll definitely look cluttered and lived in lol

So i think every time lyric preforms she should where shades to not really show her identity TOO much and since you like the neon lights when she preforms she should dim the lights and just make it cozy! The house looks amazing. If you want to add another bedroom I think you should have them invest and save for a second floor instead of adding on to the hallway so you can still have space in the backyard if you wanted to put something out there. And with the second floor you can add the gym room and studio up stairs and put the extra bedroom on the first floor.
