Restart your PC and hit f8 simultaneously...then go to safe mode after that watch my another video and follow that video instructions

I tried doing this but then after restarting it's showing a page saying: Intel UNDI, PXE-2.1 (build 083) and lots of other things. At the end it says : no bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key. I don't know anything about pcs and all so I have no clue what to do next. Is there any solution to this???
