Hi from Denmark, I am so grateful for you sharing these exercises, and was wondering if you could also analyze a match and what to do in the different scenarios for the mind game or how to counter the different types of fighters because it is quite difficult to find someone that has done it or is willing to do it.

Very useful for my boxing style which is footwork and scoring. I can adopt this kind of practice in my boxing, too.

Bof bof bof bof…. Exercices de mobilité pour le karaté sportif, oui, c est bien. Mais pourquoi une distance aussi exagérée? Bon, ça force à se bouger pour revenir sur le partenaire…. Technique néanmoins très propre de la demoiselle.

What kind of karategis have those red or blu lines in shoulder. Thats disrispect to the karete, in Japan you would be thrown out of the dojo,
@leoni_kov Жыл бұрын
You need those gis for international championships like the European games. It’s a rule from WKF that we athletes have to follow
@bogse Жыл бұрын
@@leoni_kov Ahh ok, Ive wathed WKF but havent seen those lines. Not following so actively thou.

You cannot apply sport Karate to self-defense, in this case doging a foam bat and then resume sport karate guard and bouncing,even if these drills are just for sport karate they will not do you any favours as you are too far out and no amount of screaming 'hiyaaah' will convince otherwise.. Karate isn't any good for self-defence especially its sporting fighting, that's why most people see it as a joke at what it has become. Kata and Bunkai are the same, fighting air or a compliant opponent. Do Kudo instead of this nonsense.
