I think you are talking about service ribbons. Yes, they are for all forces. If you are talking about badges specifically then there are no such badges for any force for serving in insurgency

BSF is also having one of the commando unit that is Creek commandos, they usually works in Runn of kachh in gujarat and also in every part of India according to their deployments.

Paramilitary nahi capf, paramilitary woh hoti hai jisme officers army se aate hai aur soldier ussi cadre ke , example assam rifles but capf woh jiske officers and soldiers ussi organisation ke hote hai and they are trained on police lines...

@@yoyomodiji BSF is not trained on police lines. BSF was organised on army lines and CRPF+BSF are armed forces of the union. Read their acts. Assam Rifles is not Paramilitary but CAPF. Operations are with Army, finance-deployment-infrastrcture are with IPS/IAS.
