Baron a quick suggestion is to not switch people around from workers to guards as much but instead leave some as guards and leave the rest as workers so that everyone is always well rested

Baron, great vid though can you pay attention to there stats instead of just putting them to jobs right away? They have stats like quick footed or strong so do QUICK FOOTED FOR WOOD HONEST FOR FOOD and STRONG FOR GUARDING srry i did caps i just made sure that stood out EDIT: And if there's other stats and jobs think about it yourself :)
