The most powerful droid in the entire droid army is the skorpinek annihilator droid, it's basically a droideka but tank form, it was seen by the end of the clone wars and could mow down an entire army of AT-TEs

@Daleytactics nice video. Also one of the most powerful battle droids in the CIS army comes from legends. It’s the annihilator droid. Only 100 were made but each one could take on 2-3 platoon worth’s of clones. Even arc troopers and commandos said to blast it to hell with artillery or even air support.

BX Commando droids were more effective against clone troopers. Magna guards more effective against Jedi (and electro staffs useful for torture of Jedi and clones). Droidekas were annoying for clones but incapable of properly dealing with Jedi and were easy to counter with a rocket launcher or walking behind it

i'm not sure if you noticed, but at the final choke point, a magna-guard threw a grenade, than another one to the same exact place, but the first one exploded, which caused the second one to bounce to a whole cluster of clones, when you said, " that was a big grenade, thrown by the magna-guards"

It makes sense that magnaguards are dangerous droids in the Separatist, they are of the IG series of droids which is one of the Mose deadliest droid series.
